Zanoza to file private complaint against ruling of Pervomaisky District Court
Zanoza will file a private complaint against the ruling of Pervomaisky District Court (Judge Venera Zhanybek kyzy). The Editor-in-Chief of the Internet media Dina Maslova informed 24.kg news agency.
Recall, Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek banned ProMedia fund (the only founder of Zanoza.kg website) from any way use of Zanoza trademark.
«In the document, where the issue of interim relief was resolved, the judge actually satisfied half of the claims of Alexander Ryabushkin," the Editor-in-Chief said.
Dina Maslova stressed that the judge satisfied the claim before considering the matter on the merits, immediately prohibiting the use of the trademark.
«Moreover, the ruling indicates that the bailiffs are instructed to control this, and yesterday the court executors came to the editorial office. We plan to appeal this ruling," she explained.
The hearing on the merits is scheduled for August 24.
