According to him, following the talks of Finance Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaliev and Russia Anton Siluanov signed a protocol on one-time write-off of
«In 2013, $ 188.9 million was written off. A repayment of $ 300 million debt was allowed in instalments. For 2016–2017, $ 60 million was written off. And we still had $ 240 million. Today, this amount is written off," Adylbek Kasymaliev commented.
The protocol on writing off the debt will come into force after ratification by the State Duma of Russia.
