Additional witnesses to be questioned within Aida Salyanova’s trial
During the trial of Aida Salyanova, prosecutors said that the ex-minister of justice, accused of abuse of official position, should not have renewed the license to Aleksey Eliseev, since he worked for the Central Agency for Development, Investments and Innovations (CADII).
In response, Aida Salyanova petitioned to include in trial the list of persons who served in CADII and now are occupying the high government posts, including the current head of the Presidential Administration Sapar Isakov and interrogation of additional witnesses.
The court finally upheld the motion in part.
