Charges brought against ex-chairman of State Property Management Fund
The State Committee for National Security (GKNB) brought charges against ex-chairman of the State Property Management Fund Sheraly Abdyldaev. Press service of the agency reported.
Sheraly Abdyldaev is one of the defendants in the criminal case against the leader of Ata Meken faction Omurbek Tekebayev and others.
According to the information of the agency, he absconds during the investigation. He was charged in absentia with a crime under Article 303 part 1 (corruption) of the Criminal Code of the
«Pervomaisky District Court chose for Abdyldaev a preventive measure in the form of detention, he was put on the wanted list. GKNB KR conducts investigative and operational measures to detect his location," press service of the agency said.
