Sooronbay Jeenbekov about necessary for implementation of Taza Koom

Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov today at an international conference told what was necessary for the implementation of Taza Koom project.

According to him, kyrgyzstan associates this project with plans for creating a clean and transparent society that has a positive development environment.

He noted that several key blocks are necessary for its successful implementation, and they are reflected in the logic of today’s forum.

The first is the creation of a high-tech infrastructure. This implies the integration of our country into transnational backbone fiber-optic networks.

«We must ensure that Kyrgyzstan becomes an information hub of Central Asia, connecting branches from Europe, Asia and the Middle East," the head of the Cabinet said.

«Secondly, the project is designed to integrate all the territories of Kyrgyzstan and provide equal opportunities for people. For this purpose, an extensive national information network will be created in the country. The regions of the country will become part of a unified national network and will have access to global information resources. The basic cities should become centers of quality provision of public services," Sooronbay Jeenbekov said.

«Third, I see Taza Koom as the main link between the state and the population of the country. Through its implementation, we will be able to ensure the provision of basic public services for our citizens in all corners of the country. The penetration of high technologies will help to solve the problem of corruption, which is now undergoing a decisive struggle," the Prime Minister added.

According to him, the fourth item is a high-tech sector that has a huge production potential.

«In the future, it can become a leading sector of the economy. In this regard, I would like to note that one of the principal points of progress in this area is the creation of the most favorable regulatory environment. I want to assure that preferential regimes for this sector will continue to exist," the head of the Cabinet said.

«Fifth — the implementation of such an ambitious initiative presupposes the availability of a trained and mobile human potential. We will need access to educational resources and consolidation of efforts to enhance the country’s intellectual potential. We plan to raise the quality of education in the country to a completely new level," the Prime Minister said.
