Sapar Isakov voices sources of funding for Taza Koom project
The head of the President’s staff Sapar Isakov spoke about the source of funding for Taza Koom project.
«Some projects have repayment of invested funds, and in these cases, the private sector will play an active role as an investor or partner in the principles of public-private partnership," Sapar Isakov said, stressing that large infrastructure and social projects still require significant investment.
«Fund principles should be as open and transparent as possible. The fund management should be based on the best experience of similar foreign funds, and the fund management will be based on the participation of an authoritative international organization," Sapar Isakov said.
