5-year-old child falls out of fifth-floor window in Bishkek
A five-year-old child fell out of the fifth-floor window in Bishkek. Inspectorate for Minors' Affairs informed 24.kg news agency.
According to the employees of Inspectorate, mother of the child died, father brought up two children alone. «The youngest 3-year-old girl went into the street, and her older brother started shouting something out of the window to her and fell out. He died of injuries in hospital," the officers said.
Now the Inspectorate is finding out why the father left the children at home alone.
