By order of the Ministry of Education, school principals were banned from collecting money and other fees for holding ceremonial events, as well as organizing them with the participation of school leavers and parents in entertainment establishments, cafes, restaurants and outdoors.
The school administrations, supervising teachers and chairmen of the parent committees will bear personal responsibility.
More than 4,000 police officers are to ensure the safety of school students.
