The main ones are equal election and equal voting rights. «With regard to the nomination of candidates, it is assumed here that the requirements for the collection of signatures and deposit of pledges shouldn’t be excessive. For the presidencial candidate — 30,000 voters, which is less than 1 percent in the district," the head of the Central Election Commission said.
She added that independent experts would be able to check the signature sheets in case of their preliminarily training.
