Investigation of Sadyr Japarov's case completed
The investigation of the criminal case against the former deputy of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov has been completed and sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office. The State Committee for National Security reported.
The Prosecutor General’s Office should consider confirmation of indictment and submission of the case to the court.
Recall, on March 25, Japarov was detained and taken to the State Committee for National Security within the framework of a criminal case instituted on the basis of the crimes stipulated by the Articles 227, 341, 113 and 234 (threat of murder, hostage taking, hooliganism, use of violence against a representative of the authorities) of the Criminal Code.
The next day he was taken into custody until the end of the investigation with the detention in Bishkek pretrial detention center 1.
