«Even international donors say that there is no such notion as a «social orphan." We are optimizing foster homes. Every child should live in a family," the Deputy Prime Minister said.
Deputy Aida Kasymalieva proposed to conduct explanatory work among women who go to work outside the KR. «Many leave young, then become pregnant, have to perform abortions, abandon or even kill their children," she said.
