Court upholds travel ban for Cholpon Dzhakupova
The court upheld the travel ban for the ex-deputy of the Kyrgyz Parliament Cholpon Dzhakupova. The decision was made by the Bishkek City Court after reviewing her supervisory complaint, as well as of journalists Dina Maslova and Naryn Aiyp.
They appealed against the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court within another lawsuit filed by the Prosecutor General’s Office to protect the honor and dignity of the President.
Thus, the defendants can not leave
