Rally of civil activists takes place in Bishkek
A rally with participation of civil activists Mavlyan Askarbekov, Rita Karasartova, and Klara Sooronkulova was held today in Bishkek. Mavlyan Askarbekov told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, the activists held the rally with a demand to take measures on reduction of the number of fatal traffic accidents in the country. The rally was attended by 40–50 people. Then 20–30 participants left it because of the rain.
According to Mavlyan Askarbekov, the vice mayor of Bishkek and the head of the Patrol Police attended the rally. Activists and officials decided during the week to organize a round table, which would discuss the problem of frequent traffic accidents and the situation on the roads of
