Almazbek Atambayev, GKNB head discuss fight against terrorism and extremism
Almazbek Atambayev received the chairman of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) Abdil Segizbayev. The Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan reported.
According to it, during the meeting the head of state was informed about the operational situation in the country and the measures taken to ensure national security.
Abdil Segizbayev also reported to the President on measures to improve the fight against terrorism and religious extremism and to activate a set of measures to prevent terrorist crimes.
