This is the head of the Informatization Department of the Secretariat of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine Valeriy Striganov, the Head of the Service of the State Register of Voters of Ukraine Alexander Stelmakh, the member of the State Electoral Commission of Mongolia Erdenechuluun Dashzeweg, the Director of the Legal Department of the CEC of Mongolia Enkhbaatar Shizhbaatar, the chairman of the Kordai District TEC of Kazakhstan Smanaly Turgynbai and the member of the Zhualinsky District Electoral Commission of Zhambyl region of Kazakhstan Marat Kulibayev.
