Vladimir Putin congratulates Kyrgyz people on Victory Day
The President of Russia Vladimir Putin congratulated Almazbek Atambayev and the Kyrgyz people on the 72nd anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration reported.
