No budgetary crediting with deficit of 23 billion soms
«There can be no budgetary crediting with a deficit of 23 billion soms," MP Elvira Surabaldieva said at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on economic and fiscal policy.
Today, the deputies are considering a bill on budgetary lending. Elvira Surabaldieva sharply opposed the document. She is sure that now it is not time to talk about issuing loans from the state treasury.
«For 25 years, we have taken so many credits! And my generation and those who are younger will reap the consequences. When they say that there will be budgetary lending, I generally have bewilderment. The country has a deficit of 23 billion soms. What kind of budgetary lending can there be? There are commercial banks, let them be engaged in lending. Let’s better fight to ensure that the rates are more affordable," Elvira Surabaldieva said.
