Adil Turdukulov not allowed holding rally by court decision
The Bishkek City Court issued a ruling supporting the decision of the Leninsky District Court, banning the civil activist Adil Turdukulov from holding a rally outside OTRK in defense of freedom of speech, he said this to 24.kg news agency.
«Together with the lawyers of «Kylym Shamy» human rights center, I will turn to the city prosecutor’s office to appeal against the decision of the court, since it is illegal," Adil Turdukulov said.
He added that if the prosecutor’s office won’t accept the statement or support the decision of the two courts, it will be send to the UN Human Rights Committee.
