Prosecutor General's Office demands sequestrate property of Tekebayev’s lawyer
The Prosecutor General’s Office demands to sequestrate the property and freeze the bank account of another lawyer of Ata Meken party leader Omurbek Tekebayev. Kanatbek Aziz himself told to 24.kg news agency.
According to him, the Prosecutor General’s Office sent a recommendation to the Bishkek city court.
Earlier, the Oktyabrsky District Court ruled, in view of the filed lawsuits to protect the honor and dignity of the President, to sequestrate the property of the lawyer of Ata Meken Taalaygul Toktonalieva, journalist Naryn Aiyp and freeze the accounts of Azattyk and Zanoza.kg website.
