Road accident in Kulyab: No Kyrgyzstanis among dead and injured
According to preliminary data from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, there are no citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic among the dead and injured in yesterday’s road accident in Kulyab (Tajikistan). The ministry announced.
A large road accident occurred on Sunday on Dushanbe — Kulyab — Khorog highway in Kulyab city. A Dulon truck collided with several cars and two residential buildings due to a brake failure. As a result of the accident, more than 13 people were killed and more than 20 were injured. The exact number of victims is being specified.
The heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Committee for Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Health, the head of Khatlon region left for the scene by order of the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
