Ban on export of scrap and ferrous metal waste imposed in Kyrgyzstan
The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan imposed restrictions on the export of precious metals, scrap and ferrous metal waste from August 7. Press service of the Cabinet reported.
Quantitative restrictions have been introduced for six months — in the amount of not more than 500 kilograms for the export of precious metals and containing them raw materials.
Ban was also imposed on the export of scrap, ferrous metals and their waste outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union for the same period.
The Ministry of Economy and Commerce was instructed to notify the WTO and the EAEU of the restrictions imposed.
