All restrictions on travel through Kolbaev tunnel lifted
Restrictions on the passage of vehicles through the tunnel named after Kusain Kolbaev on Too-Ashuu pass have been lifted from 4 p.m. today. The Ministry of Transport and Roads reported.
Recall, passage through the tunnel was restricted for 10 hours daily since July 26. This was required for laying new asphalt. The work was completed ahead of schedule.
«The tunnel service was instructed to improve the approaches to the tunnel, taking into account the preservation of the environment. These works will begin in the coming days,» the Ministry of Transport said.
