Price of vegetable oil falls by 1.6 soms for month in Kyrgyzstan
Prices for vegetable oil have decreased by 1.6 soms since the beginning of July in Kyrgyzstan. The National Statistical Committee provided such data.
If on June 30 the vegetable oil cost 159.33 soms on average across the country, then by the end of July its price dropped to 157.71 soms. The largest price reduction was registered in Pokrovka village, Manas district, Talas region, where the product fell in price immediately by 16.52 soms. There are also regions where vegetable oil has risen in price — these are Balykchy (by 1.92 soms) and Kara-Balta (by 43 tyiyns).
To date, the highest price of vegetable oil is registered in the cities of Kara-Balta (183.16 soms per liter), Toktogul (152.65 soms) and Nookat (180.65 soms). The lowest price is in the village of Pokrovka, Manas district (135.65 soms), Balykchy (140.28 soms) and Karakol (144.28 soms) cities.
