Ryskul Borombaev appointed director of Kyrgyz State Circus
Ryskul Borombaev was appointed a director of the Kyrgyz State Circus named after Abubakir Izibaev. The Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan Altynbek Maksutov signed the corresponding order.
The Deputy Minister Chyngyz Esengul uulu introduced the newly appointed director to the staff.
Recall, a scandal broke out in the Kyrgyz State Circus in May. The artists complained about corruption schemes by the director of the institution Farkhad Bekmanbetov. They told that the only circus in the country was in a deplorable state, and roulettes were found in one of the premises, which is rented by the director. As a result, the director was fired, and the president instructed to carry out a major reconstruction of the state circus building.
