Court dismisses case against co-founder of Ala-TV Artur Khaldarov
Court dismissed the case against Artur Khaldarov, co-founder of Ala-TV LLC, in Bishkek. The Bishkek City Court confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
Such a decision was made by the Oktyabrsky District Court of the capital.
Artur Khaldarov was detained and placed in the remand center 1 in Bishkek, but later released from custody. Samat Ismailov was also involved in the case. Both, according to preliminary data, were accused of fraud.
The co-founder of Ala-TV LLC, Artur Khaldarov, was found guilty in 2021 in another criminal case on the sale of radio frequencies. He was sentenced to a fine of 280,000 soms.
