6,000 Kyrgyzstanis perform Hajj in 2023
Six thousand citizens of Kyrgyzstan performed Hajj to Saudi Arabia in 2023. Press service of the Foreign Affairs Ministry reports.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the host country Ulukbek Maripov, as part of a working trip to Mecca, met with Kyrgyz pilgrims and members of the republican headquarters for organizing the Hajj. He got acquainted with the conditions of their stay.
The Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic also met with the Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud and congratulated him on Kurman Ait on behalf of the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov.
