Crematorium in Bishkek to start operating next week
Vice Mayor of Bishkek Zhyrgalbek Shamyraliev told about a crematorium at a meeting of the Committee on Agrarian Policy of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan.
According to him, the City Hall has bought new equipment and plans to launch the crematorium next week.
Deputy Amankan Kenzhebaev drew attention to the problem of animal corpses on the roadsides.
«Dogs and other animals are run over on the roads, and we see this phenomenon almost every day. Some people clean up and some people leave it like that. The Ministry of Natural Resources should also pay attention to this problem,» the deputy said.
He noted that nine years ago it was planned to build a new crematorium for €156,000, but the construction was never completed, and suggested building a crematorium in each region.
