Zhany-Aryk and Achiktash fields transferred to Kyrgyzneftegaz
Two fields — Zhany-Aryk and Achiktash — were transferred to Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC. The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan signed the corresponding order.
The document stipulates to grant Kyrgyzneftegaz company the right to use subsoil for:
- Geological exploration work at the oil and gas field of Zhany-Aryk site, located in Suzak district of Jalal-Abad region;
- Geological prospecting work at the oil and gas field of Achiktash site, located in Alai district of Osh region.
The Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision has to issue licenses for these subsoil objects.
