Ministry of Culture dismisses Kyrgyz state circus director
Farkhad Bekmanbetov, director of the Kyrgyz state circus, has been relieved of his post. The Ministry of Culture of Kyrgyzstan informed 24.kg news agency.
Such an order was signed by the minister Altynbek Maksutov.
A scandal occurred in the Kyrgyz state circus in May. The artists complained about corruption schemes by the director of the institution, Farkhad Bekmanbetov. They said that the only circus in the country was in a deplorable state, and roulettes were found in one of the premises, which is rented by the director.
