School principals study STEM education and PISA preparation experience
At least 116 school principals from Kyrgyzstan participate in the advanced training program in the Republic of Tatarstan on the basis of Alabuga special economic zone of industrial production type. Press service of the Ministry of Education and Science reported.
The delegation of Kyrgyzstan took part in the IB in Education Forum, got acquainted with the work of the Alabuga International School and the Alabuga Polytechnic College (Alabuga Polytech), enterprises of Alabuga special economic zone of industrial production type, listened to a lecture on improving student achievement in PISA studies. The participants got acquainted with the experience of teaching STEM subjects, organizing effective management in schools.
As part of further cooperation with schools, Alabuga Polytech offers an additional program on the basics of entrepreneurship, financial literacy based on the Business Cats economic strategy network from September 1.
