Head of Min-Bulak rural administration extorts money from entrepreneur
Head of Min-Bulak rural administration was detained. Press center of the State Committee for National Security reported.
Security services revealed the fact of extortion of 20,000 soms from the General Director of Labyrinth LLC.
«For this money, they were supposed to conclude an agreement with the latter on laying paving stones on the territory adjacent to the kindergarten in Kuibyshev village, Naryn district. Previously, director of the company transferred 8,000 soms to the head of the rural administration on MBANK. A criminal case has been initiated under the article «Extortion of a bribe» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The man was caught red-handed when taking the rest of the sum in the amount of 12,000 soms,» the state committee reported.
