SCNS confiscates Hyundai Porter, Kamaz from smugglers for two months
The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) confiscated two trucks from smugglers. Press center of the state committee reported.
Facts of smuggling of goods using vehicles were revealed in the border areas.
Criminal cases were initiated on each fact, materials were sent to the judicial authorities.
On April 26, by the decision of Kyzyl-Kiya City Court, a Hyundai Porter, which transported smuggled medicines and consumer goods worth 1,248, million soms in November 2022, was confiscated in profit of the state.
On May 19, by decision of the Kadamdzhai District Court, Kamaz truck, which transported smuggled fuel and lubricants worth 599,000 soms in March 2023, was also confiscated in profit of the state.
Judicial bodies of Batken region consider materials on two vehicles, which were also previously detained by the SCNS for their use in smuggling.
Earlier, the court confiscated two Kamaz trucks with mineral fertilizers.
