Sadyr Japarov: EAEU workers should have equal rights in all countries of Union
«The most important direction on the way to creation of favorable conditions in the framework of ensuring «four freedoms» in the Union is the sphere of migration,» the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov said, speaking at a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in an expanded format in Moscow (Russia).
According to him, working citizens of the EAEU countries should have easier conditions for exercising their labor rights on the territory of any of the member states of the Union. The President noted that modern technologies make it possible to significantly simplify the passage of the required administrative procedures by citizens of Kyrgyzstan in the state of employment.
«It is necessary to provide an opportunity for citizens to carry out the actions required for employment in another country in electronic format, including being in the country of their citizenship. As a first step, it is proposed to work out the possibility of recognition of the results of workers’ medical examinations, which were taken in the country of departure for a stay in the Russian Federation, by analogy with Travel without COVID-19 application,» Sadyr Japarov said.
The head of state proposed to expand the functionality of the application and use it for new needs.
