Situation in Sudan: Six citizens of Kyrgyzstan evacuated from country
Six citizens of Kyrgyzstan were evacuated from Sudan on May 2. Press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
An evacuation flight organized by the Russian government arrived in Moscow. Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic were met by the embassy staff and accommodated in a hotel. Kyrgyzstanis will leave for Bishkek on May 3.
In connection with the ongoing armed clashes between the regular army and the Rapid Reaction Forces in Sudan, seven citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic were previously evacuated, three of whom worked at the UN Office in Khartoum.
