Private Jewish school sues Bishkek City Hall
A private Jewish school filed a lawsuit against the Bishkek City Hall after it issued a notice to vacate the building. The Vice Mayor of the capital Nurdan Oruntaev announced at a session of Bishkek City Council.
He noted that the educational institution pays for the actual use of the building, there are no rent benefits.
Nurdan Oruntaev added that the final decision would be made after the trial.
Earlier, at the request of Nashe Pravo (Our Right) Foundation, the Jewish school was denied a 100 percent discount on utility bills, and the City Hall sent it a letter to vacate the building.
