Investigator of Sokuluk Department of Internal Affairs detained
An investigator of the Sokuluk Department of Internal Affairs was detained while taking a bribe in the amount of 100,000 soms. Press center of the State Committee for National Security reported.
It was found out that the senior police lieutenant extorted $5,000 from a man for termination of a criminal case on the fact of fraud. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 343 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic «Extortion». Investigative and operational activities are being carried out.
