Forced descent of stones planned in Boom gorge on April 17-21
Forced descent of stones is planned on the 118th kilometer of Bishkek — Naryn — Torugart road from April 17 through April 21 in Boom gorge. Press service of Kyrgyz Temir Zholu reported.
«The work will be carried out during daylight hours after partial closure of the road by the traffic police from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Vehicles will move in one lane. With the accumulation of more than 30-40 vehicles, work will be stopped to give them an opportunity to pass,» the statement says.
Drivers planning a trip through the Boom gorge during this period are asked to plan their route in advance.
