Issyk-Kul District Court loses 150 criminal and civil cases
The Issyk-Kul District Court lost 150 criminal and civil cases. Press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported.
According to it, a pre-investigation check is being carried out against senior officials of the district court. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 348 «Negligence» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to investigators, the purpose of such actions was to conceal illegally adopted court decisions in certain high-profile criminal cases and cases related to property, as well as to obtain material benefits.
The necessary investigative measures are being taken to identify the perpetrators and find the lost cases.
