Rally for resignation of Main Internal Affairs Department's head to be held
A rally for resignation of the head of the capital’s Main Internal Affairs Department, Azamat Nogoibayev, will be held in Bishkek on April 3. Human rights activist Nazgul Turdubekova reported on social media.
According to her, the rally will start at 11 a.m. near the Main Internal Affairs Department on Toktogul Street. The reason was the statement of the head of the city police about girls — victims of violence.
The head of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek Azamat Nogoibaev commented on sexual crimes against minors live on Facebook. He stated that missing children voluntarily engage in sexual contact.
According to the police official, «there are facts when missing girls find themselves in such a situation: they get to know people, voluntarily sleep with them, and then incidents turn out.»
