Smuggling of 8 tons of ethyl alcohol into Kyrgyzstan prevented
Attempt to illegally import alcohol into the territory of Kyrgyzstan was prevented at Ak-Tilek-Avtodorozhny checkpoint. Press service of the State Committee for National Security reported.
«Alcohol was imported into the territory of the republic by one of the business entities that does not have a license to sell and store ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products on the territory of Kyrgyzstan. The total amount of imported alcohol was about 8 tons,» the statement says.
