Eurasian Savings Bank to increase its authorized capital by 209.8 million soms
Shareholders of the Eurasian Savings Bank decided to increase the authorized capital by 209.8 million soms. Website of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange reports.
It is noted that retained earnings of previous years amounted to 155.4 million soms. In addition, the net profit of the bank in 2022 is estimated at 54.4 million soms. All this money in the total amount of 209.8 million soms will be used to increase the size of the authorized capital by issuing new tradable ordinary registered shares.
The number of shares will increase by 17 million. Their placement will be held behind closed doors.
At present, the authorized capital of the bank is 300 million soms. After the increase, it will be 509.8 million soms. This is still less than the minimum level required by the National Bank of 600 million soms. In addition, from July 1, 2024, this figure will increase to 800 million soms.
