Freedom of Speech Alley to appear in Bishkek
An environmental campaign to plant trees in the alley with the symbolic name «freedom of speech» will be held on Saturday, April 1 in Yntymak park in Bishkek within the framework of Zhashyl Muras national campaign. Press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reports.
Representatives of state and independent mass media, international donor organizations, press services of government agencies will take part in the environmental campaign. The event was organized, as the officials explain, to bring together journalists and communicators, to discuss in an informal atmosphere new challenges and ideas in the media sphere.
«Holding the environmental campaign during the holy month of Ramadan is of particular importance,» Daiyrbek Orunbekov, head of the Information Policy Service of the Presidential Administration, said.
