Eldar Alisherov appointed EEC Minister for Customs Cooperation
By the decision of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, Eldar Alisherov was appointed a member of the Board (Minister) of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) in charge of Customs Cooperation. Press service of the EEC reported.
The new EEC Minister has an extensive experience in work for the state authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Since 2022, Eldar Alisherov has been the head of the Eurasian Economic Union Affairs Department of the Presidential Executive Office. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Minister of Economy.
He replaced the leader of Chon Kazat party and ex-deputy prime minister Maksat Mamytkanov.
