Almost two kilograms of hashish confiscated from resident of Osh city
Nearly 2 kilograms of hashish were found in the house of a 35-year-old resident of Osh. Press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
«An urgent search was carried out on February 14 using a service dog. A black plastic bag containing four briquettes of hashish of Afghan origin was found in the living room behind the sofa. The total weight of the seized drugs was 1,904 grams. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 282 «Illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogues for the purpose of sale» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic,» the statement says.
The detainee was placed in the temporary detention center of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the southern capital. The investigation is ongoing.
