Fraud suspect Artur Khaldarov placed under house arrest
Artur Khaldarov, co-founder of Ala-TV LLC, was released from custody. Own sources informed 24.kg news agency.
Such a decision was made by the court. Samat Ismailov was also released together with Khaldarov.
Both defendants in the case were kept in the temporary detention center for a week.
Artur Khaldarov was detained and placed in the remand center 1 in Bishkek. Samat Ismailov is also involved in the case. According to preliminary data, they both are accused of fraud.
The co-founder of Ala-TV LLC, Artur Khaldarov, was found guilty in 2021 in another criminal case on the sale of radio frequencies. He was sentenced to a fine of 280,000 soms.
