Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 674.9 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 161,781 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 674,902,660 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (103,370,619), India (44,685,619), Brazil (37,020,531), France (39,813,898), Russia (21,921,113), Turkey (17,042,722), Great Britain (24,603,373), Italy (25,576,852), Spain (13,763,336), Germany (38,090,089), Argentina (10,043,308), Iran (7,567,560) and Columbia (6,357,173).
At least 6,869,684 people died from the virus, including 1,119,546 people — in the USA, 698,928— in Brazil, 332,938— in Mexico, 530,764— in India, 219,721— in the UK, 188,094— in Italy and 388,000— in Russia.
At least 206,632 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,497,449 cases — in Kazakhstan, 250,932— in Uzbekistan, 17,721 — in Tajikistan.
