Embezzlement of 2 million soms revealed in military unit of Defense Ministry
Embezzlement of property worth 2,298,708 soms was revealed in the military unit 36806 of the Ministry of Defense, located in Osh city. Press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
The Military Prosecutor’s Office of Osh garrison checked the unit and revealed the fact of illegal actions of officials.
«A criminal case was initiated under the article «Appropriation and embezzlement of entrusted property» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. An investigation is underway,» the ministry said.
