Open data portal to appear in Kyrgyzstan
The Ministry of Digital Development has submitted amendments to the Law on Access to Information for public discussion.
The document states that an open data portal is being created under the jurisdiction of state bodies and local government bodies. The order of its formation, functioning, organization of access is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers.
It is also indicated that officials are responsible for the accuracy, content and completeness of information.
A separate paragraph states that it is possible to disseminate information on the portal in the Internet space, that is, through social media.
