Heritage of Great Nomads Holding to be liquidated in Kyrgyzstan
The National Holding Company Heritage of Great Nomads OJSC will be liquidated. The corresponding decision was made at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan on Friday.
Earlier, by order of the Cabinet of Ministers, the procedure of temporary external management, introduced in Kumtor Gold Company CJSC, where the Holding acted as a temporary external manager, was terminated.
«Taking into account this circumstance, the further activity of Heritage of Great Nomads National Holding Company OJSC is inappropriate. As part of the decision, the Ministry of Finance was instructed to liquidate the National Holding Company and create a liquidation commission,» the statement says.
The structure existed less than a year, and after the arrest of its head, it completely stopped working.
Kumtor spent $1.9 million on Heritage of Great Nomads Holding.
