Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 672.2 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 220,577 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 672,253,609 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (102,737,726), India (44,683,639), Brazil (36,897,683), France (39,757,008), Russia (21,713,101), Turkey (17,042,722), Great Britain (24,526,866), Italy (25,488,166), Spain (13,740,531), Germany (37,861,703), Argentina (10,040,329), Iran (7,565,144) and Columbia (6,355,637).
At least 6,848,606 people died from the virus, including 1,113,236 people — in the USA, 697,626— in Brazil, 332,483— in Mexico, 530,746— in India, 217,658— in the UK, 187,272— in Italy and 387,449— in Russia.
At least 206,598 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,496,549 cases — in Kazakhstan, 250,702— in Uzbekistan, 17,721 — in Tajikistan.
